Ossian had a vision of state departments of transportation, building maintenance teams, snow plow companies, landscapers and consumers utilizing liquid anti-icing for snow removal. In order to effectively realize this vision, a specialized product needed to be developed.

Ossian teamed with Cesaroni Design to create the first product for liquid anti-icing applications. This new machine is easy to operate by users wearing heavy winter clothes. The user pushes the product, similar to using an independent snow blower. The anti-icing liquid is held in the de-icer tank. Holding down the spray trigger activates the two main nozzles on the front of the product. The spray width can be adjusted by the boom control lever for wider or narrower sidewalks.

A sporty design language gives the product visual recognition in the market. The housing and base structure are injection molded ABS. The handle is bent steel tubing, and the tank is blow-molded polyethylene.
