Juice Mobile Power in action
The Cesaroni Design team worked closely with Bretford Manufacturing to design Juice Mobile Power. Our focus was creating an innovative and revolutionary track and pod system. Juice Mobile Power coverts a single wall outlet into a powerful, flexible mobile charging solution, with safe DC charging for an entire room, at a fraction of the cost of a retrofit.

Discovery Table
Nucraft collaborated with Cesaroni Design on a table system design with reconfiguration capability, transforming from a boardroom table to a conference room U-shape or training room rows.
Form and function drove the overall aesthetic design of this new product. The design team paid close attention to proportion and reconfiguration. This table design is reduced down to its basic elements - a tabletop and two panel bases. The enclosed large proportioned bases give the feel of performance and stability, which is a critical design element for the executive conference room application.
The product designers used metal accents to provide durability and create a visual termination to the length of the panel from top to bottom. The industrial design keeps all detailing clean and crisp to retain a timeless look.
The innovative design solution breaks up larger proportions into light and elegant mobile objects. The design team utilized omni-directional ball casters within the folding panel bases to eliminate visual clutter.
A unique ratcheting screw mechanism, similar to a socket wrench, achieves the tightness and flushness of the tabletops. The solid connection between tabletops enables the end leg panels to be pivoted inward, maximizing the number of people that can be seated around the table.
Wire management gaps are at the tops of all table bases and above modesty panels to permit the wires to pass from table to table. A plug strip is mounted to the back of modesty panels to provide the user with convenient power access.
The new product design was recognized with a Best of NeoCon Gold Award and a Good Design award from The Chicago Athenaeum.

Here Mobile Tables
The combined efforts of Cesaroni Design and Bretford Manufacturing brought a complete office furniture system from concept to market in only fourteen months. The goal of this design project was to produce a new furniture line that meets the demands of highly productive work environments.
The design team conducted interviews with industry professionals. The market research found that space limitation and heavy furniture slowed down the progression of activities. This finding led the project team to redefine the functionality of office communication through the composition of mobile interconnecting work surfaces.
The success of the new product design largely depended on the creation of an approachable aesthetic. The Cesaroni Design industrial designers focused on a minimalist approach revealing mechanical capabilities.
As a result, this furniture system has an intelligent look and innovative style that paves the way for the communicative furniture trend. The round steel tubing of the tables and mobile walls gives a soft aesthetic.
The designers used plastic components for both aesthetic and functional reasons. The plastic parts of the table cover welded areas and visually reduce the side opening where cords and hands interact. Casters were incorporated for mobility, and the design flows directly into the tubular leg, simplifying this integration.
Multiple design components of this system share common piece parts and are constructed out of the same materials. This aids in the affordability and manufacturing process.
The new products connect by a lightweight mechanism. This intuitive design allows users to achieve multiple formations. The palm-sized device interlocks to its counterpart in a puzzle-like connection joining tables and mobile boards together. This design element eliminates the need for tools and multiple personnel to reconfigure the environment.
This award winning furniture system received both a Best of NeoCon Gold Award and Good Design Award for the new innovative design in the office furniture industry.

Here Mobile Rail System
Our product design firm assisted Bretford with this rail system design. The industrial design team envisioned a wall with layers.
The layout of the wall track system hides one board behind another. This unique three tiered system staggers the unveiling of their presence and information.
The cleverness and practicality of this design maximizes wall space. This design solution gives the user the ability to dynamically change the focal point in the room while adding interest to the presentation.
